Lichen Walk

Join Jepson Herbarium Curator of Lichenology, Dr. Klara Scharnagl, as she leads a walk through the Botanic Garden. She will point out where lichens can be found, and introduce you to the incredible forms and diversity of lichens in the Garden. Space is limited and you must register for the walk.

Space is very limited due to the small size of many of the lichen and Garden paths. Please show up on time. If your plans change, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible (or at least an hour before the walk begins) so that others can participate. Uncancelled no-shows will not be allowed to sign up for future walks until the next calendar year.
If the walk is full, please check back for cancellations.
