Weekend and Holiday Tours

Join our knowledgeable docents for free guided tours of the garden on non-rainy Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (except New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).

Tours usually last about an hour and are appropriate for both adults and children. You can leave a tour at any time. No reservations are needed.

Plant Sales

The Botanic Garden sells plants and seeds at the Potting Shed each Wednesday in May from 10-noon and the 1st Saturday of May and June from 10-2. At other times, you can purchase seeds at the Visitor Center.  Follow us:

2024 Docent Training Class

The Regional Parks Botanic Garden is accepting applicants for our 2024 docent training class.  The purpose of the training is to help participants develop the knowledge and skills necessary to lead Garden tours and to greet visitors. The next class runs from January 10 to June 26, 2024.

Join us for a fee-based floral arrangement workshop using California native plants.

A special summer plant sale will be held July 15-16 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. both days.
The sale will be at the Juniper Lodge, where the weekly plant sales have been.
This will be the last plant sale until the Fall Sale on October 7th, 2023.
