June: Pride Month and Juneteenth

The Pride Flag is on display at the Garden in celebration of the LGBTQ+ community during Pride Month. The Garden’s spaces allow many diverse ecosystems where plants and animals thrive. Nature is diverse, and the Garden welcomes and celebrates diversity. See the EBRPD’s list of activities for Pride Month.

On Monday, June 19, 2023, there will be free docent-led Garden tours in honor of the Juneteenth holiday. For this holiday there will be two tours, starting at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. (Usually there is only a 2 p.m. tour on holidays.)

No reservations necessary; meet at the Garden Visitor Center. See additional Juneteenth activities on the District website.
